Worst experience ever! Seems like an inexperienced 5 years old kid has done the grooming for my dog, also they cut the dog’s leg and never mentioned it so at least we can do a treatment or care. When we noticed and call them to complain, she just hang up the phone on me! I just suggest them to convert the business to gardening, at least no more harm for pets.

If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would.DO NOT take your dog here for grooming or day care.I took my dog here in 2020 during the pandemic because I couldn't get in anywhere else and wondered why she had so many available appointments when everyone else was totally booked up....When I turned up to drop my dog off for her appointment she hadn't opened yet and was not even on site because she had a 'big night'. When she finally turned up she said she had been out for breakfast!! She took 4 hours to groom my dog, i ended up just saying I was going to take her home even though she didn't finish. My dog seemed traumatised and couldn't get out the door fast enough. The groom job was terrible, long patches and short patches all over, and then to top it all off she charged me extra because she took so long. An absolute joke, I can't believe she is still operating.

Before home of beauty pets opened i had been to multiple groomers trying to find one which my puppy was happy with. He usually got ear infections and was always a bit shaken up after each groom. However since home of beauty pets opened up I haven't needed to look any further. Mary provides a service which puts the dogs happiness first and is always happy to go above and beyond. A few times my mum has wanted him a bit shorter here or there and she has been more than accomodating. My puppy sprints to the door when we walk up Holmes road so you know he loves the place. If you view your dog as your baby I think there is no place which compares to the level of genuine care and love they have for each and every dog that they groom. I will happily pay whatever they ask knowing they have done everything possible to make it a comfortable and fun experience for my pup !

I booked my appointment, arrived 30 minutes early only to find they didnt even bother opening. No emails or calls to indicate this and nothing displayed on the shop front.All attempts to call failed, if they are even still trading avoid at all costs

I first sent my 10 week old puppy to this salon so he would become comfortable with being groomed at a young age. I trusted this woman Mary at this pet salon as she reassured me she would take very good care of my puppy. to be the first person to ever groom my dog at 10 weeks old She left my dog with cuts and he was shaking when I picked him up. She then told me she couldn’t clip his nails as he kept resisting so in front of my own eyes she placed my 10 week old puppy in a headlock while he was squealing. My dog is now 2 and left traumatised he needs to be now sedated to have his nails trimmed and I struggle to even bath him. I have had others come forward to tell me they have had the same experience. I Have been notified that Mary the owner does not at all have a dog grooming qualification! she has only holds a basic pet first aid course certification!!! I am appalled. Please do not send your pets here.

Great team, really good price too. My pup always comes away super happy and looking amazing.

My Sammy had an amazing time with Mary and Pravin. He came out looking great and eased him into the groom to comfort his anxiety. Highly recommend anyone to bring their pooches here

Terrible first experience. Should of read the reviews because this is exactly what happened to me. Told to come on a Sunday morning at 11am, received a confirmation text the day before and nobody was there on arrival. Waited 15 minutes. I called and nobody responded. Unsure of how a business can be so irresponsible and unprofessional.

A terrible experience, I will never use this business again. The service was shocking from the start with no staff on site when I arrived for my appointment. Very unfriendly when they did finally show up. Picked up a half groomed dog with a bleeding paw when I was told he was ready. Then they tried to charge me double the quote adding on services I never agreed to. Nothing positive to say about the whole ordeal other than I wish I had done the job myself at home, I know I could have done a better job. At least then I wouldn’t feel scammed and my dog wouldn’t be limping.
