Abhorring conduct. Salesman sold a dodgy iPhone, denied any sort of warranty or follow up service and basically laughed customer out of the shop when they came back aware of what they’d been scammed into buying. Crooked

Shame about the dodgy sales. I thought this shop was great at first, Mohammed seemed nice too. But he sold me an iPhone 8+ that was widened around its screen edges on the metal framing, I was in a vulnerable situation and mindset when he made the sale and whilst processing the sale he said no returns no refunds no warranty even because it was a “very good price”. So being that I needed a phone to work and get by my day to day, I purchased. I brought the phone back the next day as I’d seen the edges were wider than they were meant to be, he looked briefly and told me oh no it’s fine what do you mean and sent me on my way.I came back a few times complaining as it worsened, the final time I came back he had another customer in the store. I said what was happening still with my phone to Mo and could tell the other customer was listening in, Mo went into customer service overdrive saying he’d sort it and to call back later, essentially to shoo me out of the store whilst he had another potential sale happening in there.I walked back home and was later told over the phone by mo that it was my own fault due to dropping the phone, I noted I had dropped the phone but this was happening from day 1 of taking the phone home, and I had only dropped it recently.. affecting the camera lens slightly and nothing else.My phone due to the expanding border is now unable to charge without being fastened together with ties or elastic bands, total crook sale. And he refuses to help in any way

Dodgy owner. Sold us a faulty Mac laptop and would not replace the product and would not give us a refund. Instead he tried to upsell us by giving an option to spend even more money and buy a more expensive laptop! We are in the process of making a complaint to NSW Fair Trading
