Wow! Actual kind, down to earth, honest advice! Damien answered all of my calls and emails immediately in regards to my planned renovations and wall removal. He offered his professional expertise during my initial enquiries- explaining the process and planning required. I would definately recommend calling Damien if you are embarking on any structural renovations! Damien is someone you can trust and openly communicate with.

My partner and I contacted Damien as we required a structural engineer to inspect a property. From the initial phone call and throughout the inspection Damien was nothing but professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He provided comprehensive explanations throughout his inspection which was very reassuring for my partner and I. He was very understanding that we required the inspection report to be provided by a certain date and assured us that he would have this report to us before this deadline. I highly recommend this service to anyone and have no issues with his service.

Damien was a consummate professional who saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life. He came in and provided honest and frank feedback on the house I was about to buy and pointed out a long list of huge issues. He was very thorough and did an amazing job for me. Please avoid this company, he took $990 from me on 11/01/23 and never provided with a forensic engineering report as agreed. 100% avoid, he won’t answer my calls and emails. So conclusion, I lost my money with him. I tried calling him many times and emailed him with no response! Absolutely horrible…

Is there something we should be aware of?Reply from Gerrard Delvaux: Damien sent me an email on 13/3/2023… then fell silent for 3 weeks. He apologised and explained the issues that he had to deal with over this time. Comprehensive draft plans were issued to me on 12/4/2023.
