I wish I didn't sign for their vouchers. They are charging $110 on top of the voucher for oil change. I serviced with them for the first time and I realised what a bunch of cheats they were. They took my car after 10 am and returned before 11:45 am. They didn't service my car at all, they didn't wash and clean the car as promised. I have lost my $$$ but please beware that they are unprofessional business.

I took my car to another mechanic, who told me i would need to spend between 3 to 4 thousand to fix the issue. A work colleague told me to get a second opinion, baaz automotive quoted me $600. The guys at baaz are honest and hard working, i definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a honest mechanic

Daniel and his team are true professional in their job. Worked on the car in a timely manner. At the completion of the job, I arrived with kids to pick up the car. Danny sent one of his crew to fetch the car so that the kids won't get wet walking in the drizzle! The car has been driving really well since serviced.

My first experience with Baaz was during a Christmas eve where I had some issues with the cigerette lighter (automobile auxiliary power outlet). Came to Baaz and Danny fixed it in 5 minutes. He didn't charge me anything for this minor fix (even if that was so much a big relief for me as I was about to set for a road drive on the long weekend and I needed it badly for the GPS to work). That was the goodwill that started the reliability with Baaz.Since then I always go there for car servicing/pink slip even if the place is a little far from my place (22 km). They charge relatively affordable amount (they don't usually come up with a big list of parts for car servicing which would cost thousands of dollars as in many other places). As of my last experience, I had a car knocking/shaking problem. I took it to a nearby centre who didn't find any problem, just replaced the engine oil. The problem continued. Then I took the car today to Baaz and Danny identified that the problem might be with the throttle body. He fixed it and I found that the shaking is gone. So that really worked, he could identify the problem precisely.Thanks to Danny and Baaz team. Keep up the good works!
