Not professional and sneaky shop. Although some items have ticket price and barcode displayed, the staff (which is the only front end staff) would EASILY change the price based on her subjective excuse. I have tried to confirm the price for some items that we already bought (we shop for more than 200$ worth) but she refused and said oh the price is wrong

Store owner have OCD behaviour. She is extremely rude, disrespectful and makes comments that obviously leave the impression that she is not right in the head. She followed us through every aisle of the store watching us closely the entire time which made us super uncomfortable. Apparently picking up an item just to have a look at the product is a big NO NO to her because she would say those break easily ah

This is a great place to shop ! Highly recommended. Huge selection of products and 1 stop shop for me. The owner is very helpful and she gave me useful n wise advices on which products are better suited for my cake. She also advised me on how to look after my newly purchased glass tea pot. Will definitely be back again :)

One stop shop for all your Asian kitchenware for residential and industrial use. This place is awesome, bowls, plates, pots in every sizes. The owner, Penny was very knowledgeable and provide advice based on what I needed.

Today I went there to do my shopping. The measurements for the items I looking for are in inches, then I take out my mobile to do the conversion. Then the lady boss stand there and look at me, I just keep doing my comparison with some online shop.Suddenly she said Why you keep pressing your mobile

The store does have a wide range of items and interesting Asian cookery items you can spend lots of time there searching for the item you need! However, the behaviour of the only female staff made me as a customer feel as though she doesn’t want any customers at all. She spoke to me and my mother with a condescending tone as though we were dumb and she was the smartest than everyone else. While we were asking for a price for an item, we went up to her at the counter for a price. She would change her price twice from $29 to $39 and would then shout across the store for her son to get the item and not change the price as she has already quoted us $39. She would also not be too keen to speak to anyone longer than 30 seconds and when she does, she would berate them. There won’t be other staff to ask for assistance either.Poor customer service. Not worth a visit. Would strongly suggest visiting other store before coming.

A very good place to shop for Asian style kitchenware. You can find industry size pot and wok, definitely good place to source kitchenware for your restaurant. One thing for sure! The owner Penny is humble and very nice person, she is very helpful and her knowledge about Asian type cookery is absolutely masterclass. So, if you want to buy something for residential or commercial, this is the right place.

Comprehensive selection of kitchenware, predominantly Oriental Asian focus.I like the selection of stainless steel plates and bowls. And if you're a professional/commercial Asian cuisine chef, you can get the longest ladle for stir frying, at least 1.2m.
