I used this company to provide engineering details for my new house extension. They took over from another company I used who took advantage of me, but Halcrow & associates were fantastic. They listened & honored everything I asked for. Provided a quick, easy & pain free experience & were there through the entire process. Their fees were also very reasonable.

Chased them for 3 weeks to do a simple variation on a job. Horrible customer service. Was told that they could not provide an estimate on timeline and I should find another engineer. I suggest finding another engineer to start with.
