The units are available on lease for the lifetime of the occupant and maintenance fees are charged where applicable. The people do socialise with special events every now and then. There is a shopping centre close by. Public transport is accessible throughout the day.

Wonderful community of over 55 residential. The units/villas are lovely with well maintained gardens & events for residents in the Community space.
