The Shake Lab
The Shake Lab is a friendly, fun environment for everyone! I would say Ive probably got the least coordination and rhythm out of anyone I know but Megan and the girls are so welcoming and fun to be around all my worries left the second I walked into the first class!If you’re worried about being a bit ‘unco’.. DONT!! Just come and have some fun! There’s absolutely no judgments, we are all there for a good time! Megs is also more than happy to slow the pace down till you get the steps!! So much fun and a great bunch of friendly girls!! Thanks Megan!!!

So fun! Un-pretentious! Jazzy! Sassy and toe-tappingly good! The Shake Lab is exactly what all the dance loving people out in the burbs have been crying out for! A casual, easy to learn, upbeat and great paced dance class where you can shake what your Mumma gave you in a fun relaxed environment. Megan the instructor and head Shaker is welcoming and full of pizazz. You will love this class! I can't wait for the next term to start.

The Shake Lab
I searched for a long time for a dance school that provided casual classes that were affordable. The Shake Lab is like dancing in your living room with friends. Meghan provided fun choreography that tailors to every level. It doesn't matter if you're just beginning, want to get out of the house for an hour or have been dancing for years. I find myself looking forward to class each week. With the option of casual classes, it allows you to miss some weeks and still be able to catch up. I highly recommend The Shake Lab if you're looking for exercise that is fun and allows you to feel comfortable.
