My fiancé was booked in for full barbershop razor shave, wash of hair, cut and style in prep for our wedding. The salon were not able to fulfil the booking expectation. No wash of hair happened and Jack used a trimmer to “tidy” the beard and simply didn’t do the job that was pre-agreed and expected from Tiana. The appointment had been booked in since December with preparation appointments in between to make sure there was a plan for the final appointment. It seems as if there was no note on the booking of what was due to be done. Tiana who was due to do the job was taken off sick which is unfortunate, the salon did not show any empathy to do the job “properly” and there was no time to reschedule. Nobody had informed us that Tiana was no longer able to work and then another member of staff Jack appeared to pick up the pieces. Jack did his best to cut my partners hair under this pressure but you can imagine how uncomfortable for both of them this was. Being left with out the sharp looking beard and no real time to fix it right before a wedding is so disappointing. Both our wedding videographer and photographer were due to tag Style&Co in on social media posts and our wedding was due to be featured in a magazine. Very let down is an understatement, there was nothing enjoyable for anybody out of this situation! Hopefully Tiana comes well again, we all appreciate mistakes do arise in life but this is just embarrassing and unfortunate how the salon dealt with the circumstance. Nothing can be done about it, it’s just a bad experience we wouldn’t wish upon anybody else! I don’t think we feel we could be loyal to return to this salon as customers again.

I was even driving up from Melbourne because you sometimes have to travel for the best and Thomas and his team are hands down the best. Could not recommend more!

God I love this place! I went on the thunderbird and hit the open sea and although it fun my hair got so messy and knotty so I popped in here and asked for a wash and blow out. Steph took care of me so well, she give a massage and got all the sand out without even getting water in my eyes or ears. And no tugging when drying either so gentle and kind. I asked if I needed a trim and she said it look nice already but if you want one I have some time. I said he’ll, I’m on holiday may as well go all out trim away Steph. If I had beard I would let Steph trim too, she could’ve been a barber if she want. My my she did such a good job I’m so impressed. It might even be worth driving from Melbourne in future to get trim. Far but I think it worth it
