Versatile Earthmoving
Came across as helpful and efficient, promised a quote in a few days.3 weeks of numerous unreturned calls and when I did talk to them they kept saying they would give a quote for my job, didn't get a quote or explanation, gave up and went elsewhere. Wouldn't have minded if they said they couldn't do the job but saying they would then not following up is very unprofessional.
