My wife took my late father’s vintage saxophone to OMG for repair. In January 2019. We eventually got it back in October 2019 and discovered it was unplayable. After paying over $700 for the repair we had to pay a further $550 to KJ Music at Prospect for fixing up the mess Farzin had left us with. So far he has refused to reimburse us. We are aware of other dissatisfied customers. We would strongly advise against having instrument repairs carried out there.

I can't tell you how wonderful these guys are. Ana and Farz love music and the instruments they sell. This always shines through when you drop in for advice, or need help choosing an instrument to buy or repairs. They're not just a franchise, they're musicians and members of the community. This is something to treasure. I've bought lots of instruments from them and always been so happy. When my old guitar came back from a service and repairs it was like having a totally new instrument. What I loved most was when I spoke with Farz during the process it was the first time in YEARS I had found a music store owner/workman who not only knew all about my guitar, its make and era and its value, but who talked with me about it with enthusiasm and interest. If you're looking for musicians who happen to run a music business rather than business people who happen to be in music then this is one case where you can stay local and consider yourself lucky!
