I attended a funeral that candlepines did on the 14/4. It was for a close friend and it was done very respectfully with wonderful memories shared for all those who attended. I would recommend your company to everyone. All of your staff made the day easy for everyone who was there. Thank you

Extremely grateful and impressed with both Bronwyn and Phillip's compassion and patience. They treated us like family and my children and I will always be grateful. Would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone They went above and beyond with making sure we were OK and really genuinely cared about our well-being. We've used their services 4 times and I would never hesitate to use them again. They are an ACTUAL funeral home that really gives a damn. Not too common these days! I will always wish them well.

Our family are very grateful to Candlepines for taking care of our beautiful Mum during the most difficult time of our lives. Bronwyn was professional, kind and caring, and understood our wishes. She took the time to get to know the person Mum was, and helped us give her a wonderful send off.

We contacted Candlepines to arrange for a pre paid funeral both Phillip and Bronwyn we very helpful in advising us of all packages and options and costs that were available. Arranging the funeral in advance was an excellent option for us. When it was time for the funeral arrangements we had a meeting with Bronwyn she was so kind considerate and sympathetic. Bronwyn arranged for the memorial cards the flowers and pointed us in the right direction to arrange the photo gallery and music that we had chosen. It was a beautiful service and everything we had asked for was provided on the day.I would highly recommend Candlepines for a funeral service their professional approach and attention to detail was outstanding.I cannot thank Bronwyn enough for the sympathy and kindness she showed to me in all my dealings with her and the help she has offered me weeks after the funeralIrena Stefankowski

I can not thank Bronwyn and team at Candlepines enough for leading us through a very difficult time, We live in the U.K and my relatives have no other family in Australia it was left to Bronwyn to organise everything for us which she did with compassion, patience, knowledge, nothing and I mean NOTHING was to much trouble, I wouldnt have got through it all without her, this is the second time she has done this wonderful service for us, first Jean and now her husband she managed to get the same vicar to take the service for both of our relatives so he knew them both and that was comforting. Bronwyn was very compassionate and the staff who attended the nursing home arrived promptly, were smartly dressed and explained everything that was taking place, this made us feel comfortable and at ease.
