Robert was helpful, friendly and thorough right through from the quoting process to executing his service to control spiders around our house in a way that was safe for our cats. We're very happy with the service and the results. He was very detailed in the information given about how and why things were done. And we had to forego a product to keep the cats safe, but the results have still been great. He also treated an ant nest under our front patio, and the treatment has worked pretty comprehensively on a range of insects.He also went above and beyond and gave advice on weed control that was super helpful. The quote began at $550 and increased the more questions he asked. Robert said he would be releasing the possum back into my yard. He then banged on about what he would have to do to my roof to ensure it wouldn't get back in, the cost increasing all the time. Way too pricey for a couple of hours work.

Robert was called to help with a rodent problem in my roof. He was honest and informative when he was here and made me feel at ease. Robert proceeded to put the baits out, leaving a few extra for safe measure. Excellent work as we haven’t heard them since.

Robert was brilliant. The tenant at the property had noticed some rats outside and heard something in the ceiling. Robert replied to my enquiry straight away and attended the next day. He found a rat had died in the ceiling and the roof space was absolutely full of flies :(He was able to deal with that and communicated well. I thought it was good value for peace of mind.
