The essential movement pilates & manual therapies
Russell is very thorough and patient in identifying the cause of the problem. I lifted my sleeping child into the top bunk, and developed a shoulder injury. I walked in to see Russell with pain, after his treatment, the pain was gone. He gave me 2 simple exercises to do, to build up my shoulder strength. It has been good ever since that visit. I highly recommended the Essential Movement.

The essential movement pilates & manual therapies
I had a bad back for 15 years. Three months with Russel and it was all fixed up. Been good now for two years and my body goes from strength to strength. Russel is a genius. Top bloke too. Jess is also fantastic.
