Gemini Burleigh Heads

Gemini Burleigh did the repair on my car. Very happy with their customer service and quality workmanship. They communicated openly and regularly with me. Also provided a free taxi to and from the hire car office down at Coolangatta Airport. Thanks for a great job. Would recommend.

Number one repair shop at Goldcoast, they had very experienced mechanics that can repair your car 100% to a brand new one .They are legend.

Gemini provided an excellent repair service for my VW Golf that was maliciously damaged. The whole experience with Gemini was truly excellent from the initial reception to the finalisation. The company is totally professional in its approach and the workmanship is flawless. Communication is first class. If I need car body repairs in the future I would insist on using the services of Gemini.

Overall the service was fast and very efficient, the only downside was Gemini at Burleigh Heads didn’t call to update me like I was told they would.

Updated March 2023 - Gemini went out of there way to finally rectify this matter by replacing the door entirely as originally requested, did a very good job and van was detailed immaculately when I picked it up.Shame it took 3 tries and much inconvenience but rectified to our satisfaction in the end.Original review - Gemini smash was our RACQ designated repaired for accident damage to one of our businesses new hiace vans, that had minor accident damage to a door, they had the van for a week, and did an unsatisfactory job on the repair, we could see the panel had a crease in it from 10 metres away, they are now redoing the repair which is another 4 days without our work van, asked for some sort of compensation for our inconvenience, refused our request and said they’ll shout us a cab to come back and get it next time. So generous……Pretty poor form, will choose another repairer next time.

I am very disappointed with the service. I have waited a month to get my car fixed when parts weren’t even coming in from overseas yet somehow still took a month. I got a call saying it was ready. I pick it up drive it all the way home to find my door is still broken. When I called up they said I have to drive it all the way back. So I did. Then they said they can’t fix it and will have to wait on more parts. That’s absolutely ridiculous. They should have checked it was all good to go before giving me the all clear! I work three jobs and have been juggling transport for a month to get through and now I have to wait even longer!!! The service here is useless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
