Yeah no! Not a good experience

I received a safety recall letter in the mail so tried calling the service department twice only to be on hold for that long it called out. Physically went to the service department where they booked the car in the next day to have the safety recall done. My car had an engine warning light on however the recall stated that the issue may cause a light to come on. Upon picking up my car I was informed that the light on the dash wasn't part of the recall so there was a diagnostic fee that I had to pay! I insisted that part of the recall was to check the light with there diagnostic computer anyway to see if it related to the recall so the labour it took was accounted for however they still charged me!To to make matters worse they informed that the CPF (catalysid particulate filter) system was blocked and faulty and would need replacing and to do so would be $14,500.00! I informed how this could cost so much? A CPF filter was no more than $1500...they young lass who was pleasant to deal with couldn't explain what the CPF was or how and why it would cost so much? There wasn't even a breakdown of costs on labour and parts on the quote? I would expect that if you were going to present such a large quote to repair someone's vehicle somebody technically minded would sit down and explain the ins and outs of the work!

Great staff, comfortable place to wait if you are waiting to collect your vehicle.

Good, finally a brand that cares!

Bought my Hyundai in Brisbane and on holiday in Townsville, this service centre still did the free 1500km service. It would have been nice if they washed my car but wasn't an expectation.

They can't seem to provide service. Not only did I get 2 reminder texts....exactly the same ......when I picked up my car it had two big bird droppings on the bonnet that NO one considered important enough to clean off. GIVE me the old days and old fashioned service.

Poor customer service experienced at the time the vehicle was serviced. When I provided feedback (twice, via their automated request) they didn't even bother to follow up with me nor offer an explanation nor apology.

Went in for a recall, I got told off by a blonde lady, stating i had to book in for a recall. I told her I did and i got text message, plus the car had different rego and told her to look up the vin number. Lady seem really rude about it and then she found the paperwork for the recall.... Spelling was wrong on the paperwork and overall bad experience for just a recall....
