Just before Christmas I broke the nose protector on my glasses, so I rang and spoke to a lovely young lady who advised Just come straight down and we will fix them". When I got there I was met by TIna who would have to be the most rude person I have ever met. After telling me I would have to leave them and come back later to pick them up (OK if you don't need them to see). When I then asked just to supply me with the protector and new screws she proceeded to yell at me. If it wasn't the only option in Glen Innes I would never go back!!"

Took my glasses in to be repaired or replaced in the morning and they were repaired by the afternoon . Lovely friendly staff.
