Having Tam during my pregnancy and delivery was an amazing experience. She is so lovely and passionate about her work! It was an amazing support for our little family!

My partner and I hired Tamara as our postpartum doula for the first five weeks after our first baby was born. We’re so glad we did. Tamara was a big help those overwhelming first weeks. We don’t have family in Sydney and with her calm, practical and compassionate nature Tamara provided the much needed support that got us through those first weeks. After her visits she always left us feeling lighter and much more confident. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for an amazing postpartum doula, look no further. Tamara is the best.

We had Tamara as our doula for our first baby and words can't describe on how amazing she has been! As first time parents with no support in Australia, we're quite worried with the whole pregnancy and delivery. However by having Tamara as our doula, we were much more reassured with the pregnancy, labour and postnatal. My partner & I decided to do Tam’s private prenatal classes and I cannot recommend her enough!!As first time parents we were feeling anxious that we were not prepared and didn’t know what to expect. The course takes you through what to expect throughout pregnancy, labour and after birth. I found it particularly useful that my partner was involved in the class so he knew what to expect and be able to support me in the best possible way through labour. The fact we opted for her private class we felt very comfortable to ask any questions we had throughout the course and we both now feel prepared for what’s to come!Tam also goes above and beyond, constantly checking in so I felt very supported.Thank you so much Tam!!

Tam was my birth Doula in Feb 2021 and provided support and education throughout my pregnancy and post-natal.Being isolated from my close family and support network due to COVID, Tam was my pillar who guided me through my first pregnancy anxieties, educated me on the birth process, how to look after my body pre/post natal, and was generally there to answer every weird and wonderful baby related question I could think of. Most of our sessions were virtual due to lockdowns and the fact that I live in the Central Coast.I found her to be calm, attentive, encouraging and highly relatable. Her advice was well-informed and she made me feel in control.I couldn’t recommend her enough, she was such a special part of my birth experience will without a doubt be asking for her support again in my next pregnancy.
