Sally runs a fantastic yoga class. She has a way of explaining things so you do the poses correctly and then you know what you’re doing and why. I always feel so great when I leave :)

If you’re after Iyengar yoga in a warm supportive and inclusive way that encourages participation for beginners through to experienced yogis, Yoga By Sally in Tweed Heads is the place. Sally teaches with easy to understand cues, provides alternative asanas if need be for injury or other limitations and does this with a great sense of humour.

Sally is an amazing yoga teacher. Her classes are engaging and fun. She is very knowledgeable in regards to working with people with injuries and I feel very safe in her class. The students are friendly and welcoming . The venue is spotlessly clean andWell set up.

Sally is a wonderful and patient teacher. Sally introduced us to Iyengar yoga a few years ago and we haven’t looked back. She caters for all abilities and levels of experience. We love it. Thanks Sally.
