Have been taking my cars to Neil for 25 years for a few smash repairs! So wanted to let you know he is professional and customer focused.I recently had external detailing and buffing on two black cars. I couldn't believe how clean and shiny the results are.Highly recommended.

First time I bring my scratched body car to Neil smah repair that I found the address and many good reviews from google.I met Neil and other staffs. My impression, he is honest and down to earth. Though he was very hectic with phone calls and met incoming customers who brought car scratches for assessment, he still spent a bit time to explain the work process and gave options around job scope and his recommendation.I put my car on Monday 1pm and I get my car ready on Wednesday around mid day; 2 days job and it's done.I attach the photos of dents and the result. From the picture, I'm satisfied with the work and the price is decent too. I recommend Neil Thompson for car body repairs.Neil, say thank you for whoever fixed the dents and did spray painting in your team. and thank you for your time and recommendation.

I scraped my car and got a scratch and dent on the side guard that continued to cause huge rift in the joint between the guard and bumper. I was left with a damaged and loose bumper. The team fixed the scratch, dents, bumper such that there was no trace of the incident whatsoever.I liked the professional approach to the work and the car was ready for collection with the estimated time frame. The staff was courteous and the job was without any hassles. I would strongly recommend them for any smash repair jobs.

I highly recommend Neil and Margaret when it comes to smash repairs...in fact, I won't ever think of taking my car anywhere else (if I'm in accident again). The service is genuine and downright excellent and the work on my WRX has really exceeded expectations. It actually looks better than when I bought it! They provided me with a reliable loan car and gave me a lot of updates on the progress of my 'baby'. My car was returned with the rear lights (plastics) not installed properly. I had to take them off and put them on again.My steering wheel is now scratched possibly with a ring.Every time i drive i can feel that scratch and its a long deep scratch.This is not how the car was when i dropped it off.Very disappointing the level of care that my car was treated with.I would think more than twice before taking your car to this shop and i doubt that i will ever trust this business with my vehicle ever again.Other than that, the replacement part was installed and hopefully it doesn’t fall off and i don’t discover any more hidden damage or wrongly installed parts later on in time.

The team here are amazing! Spoke to Neil to get a quote on having some cosmetic work done on my car. After going to more than 5 places in the surrounding area. Neil was by far the most genuine and had very fair pricing. Needless to say they completed the work to a high standard and the whole process was seamless. Will definitely be going back here if I need work done!

2 dents needed for fix and agreed to have my car scheduled to 2 weeks prior to 13 April by Neil in person with work done by mid day if I put my car in early morning 8am. On the day, Neil wasn't there as he needed to isolate for covid. Another person named Jason received my car. I was expecting call at mid day that the job was done; and waited till 2.30pm without call. Finally I made a call and found out from Jason that assignee who was supposed to do the job forgot to come as scheduled and he promised to have it done by 1-2 hours prior to closing time 5pm. What I didn't like is that I wasn't informed if the work wasn't started in the morning and my car sat there doing nothing while I needed my car every day. Regardless the work was done or delayed, I straight away came to the office and waited. I didn't talk as usual as I was unhappy mixed with anxious feeling at same time; neither was Jason. The work result is good though and I do appreciate of the quick job; however work commitment has eroded my trust on my second visit, not as good as first visit when they fixed the heavier dent that I gave 5 stars reviews under Bill Smith" name. This time I am okay with the result but not okay with no informing me that the job didn't finish at mid noon. I won't know if I didn't make a call to find out after mid day. I didn't mean to monitor their work if the shop can give predictable time to finish as per initial chat.Customer service wise is mediocre; similar to John's review. When I arrived to check my car

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Neil who took the time to help me today. Even though my car is damaged beyond repair he offered to at least help clean some of the marks up a bit so it looked better cosmetically. He was also super honest and helpful about what I can do for my next steps, you don't always get such help and honesty from other places. I appreciate the gesture and generosity of spirit, small things like this really do count. Thanks again for the awesome service and I highly recommend it!
