Terrible Service!!!! I arrived at 12:45. I was advised they could do my pedicure in 20minutes. 1:40......my feet are all prunie as they had been in the foot spa from 1:10. This is now the 2nd time this has happened.

Kelly is the best nail tech in the area. Her and her team are so friendly, skilled and professional. I have been coming here for years and recommend her to all my friends. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Victer today who did amazing Christmas SNS. Such beautiful art created! So happy and they turned out stunning! The salon is clean and so many colour options!

Sorry but I won’t be coming back here.I spent $80 on a set two weeks ago and I’ve had two nails break on me. I had one break on me two days ago, I was only pushing a pill through the blister packet and it snapped off. Thought it was just bad luck. Went back in and paid another $10 to have it redone. This morning I was pulling a packet out of a container and another one snapped off.I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for a couple years now and I never have had an issue where the tips keep breaking off just doing day to day things, I have had some break in the past very occasionally but from actual genuine accidents.I do my research before I attend a salon, I don’t just walk in anywhere. I chose to go here because the photos show they do good nail art and they seemed to have good reviews, but I haven’t had the same experience.(Have attached a photo of the nail that broke on me this morning)Service was also sub par, when I went to get my nail fixed the first time it took ages because the tech was doing like 3 people at once. Another tech ended up coming to take over and she wasn’t aware what I was there for, she quickly grabbed my hand and almost started cutting off the rest of the tips and I had to stop her. The staff don’t really focus on you and it’s just a rush to fit in as many customers at once as possible.I won’t be coming back in to fix a nail a second time as it seems very likely to be a waste of time and money again and in a couple days time I’ll be back to square one with yet another broken nail.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve had my nails done at Galaxy Nails twice in a row now and been super happy with the experience both times! The application is flawless and I will be a returning customer from now on!

Such lovely staff, I paid $50 for sns with tips; the lady that worked with me was very patient and kind. A very welcoming comunity and salon 10/10 recomend to anyone xx

Best place to get your nails done! Have been going here for 8 years and I have now moved away from here but I still make the trip back just to get my nails done! Kelly and Mel are amazing!

very good manicure but had some black gell on my fingers afterwards. lady was nice and I didn't get hurt by any of the products they used. so far very happy

I've gave Galaxy Nails a second visit as my first time was disappointing. This visit was also disappointing, so I won't be returning. The manicure was rushed and the varnish application really poor. I realise its busy and they work on volume, however, an attention to detail and client experience should be part of the service.
