So impressed with Amanda and her team. Not only an exceptionally made product (that also happens to look EXTREMELY classy!) but also AMAZING customer service. Friendly, professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. My dogs (and I have many!) LOVE wearing their harnesses. They are comfortable and breathe easily ensuring the dogs stay cool for the duration of their walks. I can not recommend Lux & Bones highly enough!

I can’t recommend Lux & Bones highly enough. Lola loves her harness and lead. I love that we have the added security of velcro then metal clips and then double rings to secure to the lead and ensure that she cannot wriggle her way out of the harness. The step in harness is one of the best things I have purchased for Lola and I now won’t use any other brand. If you want comfort and security for your furbabies then purchase the Lux & Bones harness and lead set. I have now purchased my second set so that I always have a spare when I want to wash my main one. Thank you for such a fantastic product.

I just got off the phone to a delightful customer service assistant as I hadn't received any shipping notification or tracking and my newly adopted doggo desperately needs a wash. Great surprise, it's waiting for collection at the post office which is a reasonable walking distance for us. I'm so excited to try their products as I bought a couple of different shampoos, conditioner, and their odour neutralizing spray. If their products are as good as their customer service they're going to be fantastic. Bath time

Couldn't answer where the ingredients for their collagen sticks and other stick treats came from despite email and FB messanger which they have read and ognoredm just through the treats away. Poor service

My beautiful pup Indie and I love her Lux & Bones harness! Not only does she look super cute in it, but the material is so beautiful and the design makes it so comfy for her to wear on our big walks. There's no irritation when she pulls, which makes me (and her!) so happy. Would highly recommend!

I had an issue with a dog toy, and after contacting lux and bones, Amanda was prompt in helping me and rectifying the issue.Amanda then offered a substantial discount on the purchase of a new collar for my dog, Marty.Amanda also sent some beautiful peamutt chews for Marty.I have to say they are the best company I have had the pleasure in dealing with, and would highly recommend them.Definitely will be telling all my friends who have dogs to buy from them.

I found the Lux & Bones products to be of very excellent quality. Very easy to fit onto my very fussy cat. The harness is amazing, my cat was very comfortable in it and looked super cute! Loved all their products and would absolutely recommend Lux & Bones to all the pet owners.

The lux and bones kitty kievs are paws down my cat's favourite treat. If you need some positive feline re-inforcement in the form of treats, these are for you. When I have a kitty kievs satchet in my hand my cat suddenly follows my every direction. Highly recommend!
