Extremely unsatisfied !! ZERO stars !!I got refused as a client !!!I could NOT get a tow and still don't know why. I just had the WORSE phone service ever: 1) It took forever to speak with someone - you gotta have 100% phone charge and the whole day available. 2) Terrible attendants - lack of transparency, respect, communication and patience with the clients.HIGH PRICE FOR A s*itty SERVICE !!Gonna switch company and make sure that my foreign friends and possible clients don't hire AMMI.

The worst experience ever.They don't cover all damages from the same accident. and Ask 2 claims for 1 accident.Takes months to repair you car.if you are with aami must hire car for many months.if you call aami you have to wait for 2 hours on the phone.can't be worst than this.

Had AAMI content insurance. They refused to pay because we were covered and claimed for flooding. They deemed our application fraudulent as the weather event" started before the date we ACTUALLY flooded according to them flooding ment any small amount of pooling water in backyard i.e a few inches scattered puddles. In my claim it asked for the date we flooded NOT when it started raining with no flood or damage to any property I was able to prove when we flooded with time and dated photos/videos etc

Since 2 (two) weeks, I`m calling them (13 22 44) on a daily basis. Nobody answers the phone. But a message tape tells me to go online" When opening their website and trying to let them know that someone insured by AAMI ran into my wife`s parked car

Disgusted in the absolute poor service and communication of aami. 5 weeks so far and still no car. Estimated another 2 weeks before we get it back. Only $2,500 in repairs (with a $1000 excess). Would have been better off getting it fixed with out using insurance. Will be changing providers.

Extremely poor service. I lodged a claim online and kept getting texted a link to book car in for quote/repair. The link never worked, I phoned numerous times and either got cut off or was advised I would be sent a link. I would happy have used the link it worked.I lodged an online complaint, I received an email apology and was advised I would receive a call to book the car in for repair. It never happened, I just kept getting send link that did not work.I eventually called and waited 30 minutes before getting to speak to a very pleasant lady, who I could barely understand, the car is now booked in for repair. Hoping the repair agents provide a better service than AAMI. Maybe if AAMI spent less money advertising on T.V and spent it on staff they may be able to provide the service they promote. I will most certainly not be using AAMI again. Appalling service.I would like to have put -10 star but had to select one to be able to post comments. What a joke.

Just the absolute worst company to deal with, I am weeks and weeks I to claim a write of for my vehicle and still have no further information. They still haven't even picked the car up yet, let alone assess, its a no brainer the car it old and absolutely a wreck. Have never had one bit of response from them in the entire time. I will be leaving a complaint and possibly follow up with ombudsmen if that is an option. People shouldn't have to deal with this kind of poor service.Oh and not to mention the hours upon hours lost trying to chase this up with minimum wait time almost 40min plus hold time where they seem to struggle to get anything done.

An AAMI insured car T-boned my car. It was her fault. AAMI took my car for inspection. since 4 weeks has AAMI my car and can not send it back so my Insurer can inspect my car. I call since 14 days every day to get my car back, but they don`t have an accessor to handle it out. ANd every day minimum of 60 minutes to wait to get an Indian on the line. Terrible !

The worst and totally Irresponsible Insurance company I have ever seen.Since 26th of September 2022, we been chasing AAMI regarding motor insurance claim, Even when it’s not in our fault but was there Clients fault during the accident. They never contacted us even after calling and sending them multiple emails. On October we Tried to call them again but the call was in waiting as usual, finally after a long wait someone picked up the call and I asked them regarding my claim and they were saying that our claim are being reviewed and assessed. and Finally today which is the 10 jan 2023 I called them again and told them that I already sold my car and need a compensation regarding my claim. But their answer we’re like they are still reviewing and assessing the claim. and I told them that there is now nothing to review as I already sold the car and I need compensation regarding the damaged of my car. But they are saying that it’s still assessing.I’m never gonna use this Insurance company at all and even won’t recommend anyone to use it.

Canceled my business insurance just days before a wedding event, because I enquired about insuring a drone service for the event too. Customer service unfriendly and absolutely not helpful. Do not recommend, go somewhere else.
