Not reliable shop and service specially the lady who is like stole money from customer as you never get your refund from bad product

Excellent service. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my mobile to be a defective battery then arranged for a cost effective repair so that my phone was back in action in no time. Pleasure to deal with and I am very happy to recommend this conveniently located repairer.

I've had 2 things repaired at Da Bo now. The first was an old mobile phone which needed a screen changed so I could get my files off it. It looks as good as new now and has been handed down to my daughter.The second item was a MacBook Pro. Again the screen was a bit faulty. Apple wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace the screen - I could buy a new computer instead. I knew it was just a connection issue and there was no fault with the display because it worked at certain angles. Anyway Da Bo said they would have a look and tell me what the issue was so I could decide. Anyway, they fixed the issue for nearly one third of the price.Highly recommended and will go back if I ever have the need. They also sell cases and screen protectors.

Good first impression, doesn’t last tho. I have been there after breaking my iPhone 7 screen. Coming around 6:15pm, 2 guys in the shop, they were friendly. They told me they could change it for 109$ but only in cash. After 2 weeks I couldn’t use my phone more than 30min (glitch, freeze,...) so I came back to ask for a refund as their warranty for their product is 12 months (except water & physical damage, which I didn’t have). Nice girl employee told me my receipt that the guy gave me the first time was wrong (wrong phone ID number on it and wrong phone color) and she couldn’t find my transaction in their book (how dodgy!) And of course, told me it wasn’t their product which was faulty but my phone, etc... so she said no refund but change my screen again. After 4 weeks, my phone is even worse, now it goes into mode and is locked for hours (yes, I said hours) I even had to put it in the fridge at one point. So I decided to go back as I need my phone for work, and the same nice girl (a bit less Nice this time) said again that it’s my phone the problem ... I asked for a refund this time and she said no, so I have no other choice than to lodge a complain with ACCC to get my money back & go to apple. Sad end for someone who give a chance to local small business instead of big company.
