Walking in can be a bit tedious as you'll be asked about 5 questions to see if you've potentially caught rona, other than that it's really easy and smooth sailing, the staff are good smiling and cheerful people that'll help you as much as they can.

This is actually what is making this country bad, they don't know how to help and they just love to get off on wasting your time. Friendly staff though... not really there's actually nothing good to say... though they do have nice seats that I sit on for hours at a time while I what for them to basically mess around and pretend to help.

My wife and I attended last Thursday the interaction with both check in staff and the person that assisted us with our enquiries was a pleasing experience and most helpful
