Talked to David about a generator. Could not get there for a few days. Put a deposit down. Rocked up a day early, all good. Paper work done quickly, many helpful hints. Helped load it up. Painless and very professional. I was impressed as a first time customer. Massive range of quality, known brands, proffessional tools.

And the award for worst product knowledge and worst customer service goes to SYDNEY TOOLS TOOWOOMBA.Purchased a bunch of stuff over the phone with Ben Frater. Namely a Dewalt air compressor, framing gun to suit, coil gun nailer, air hose, framing nails and coil gun nails. About $1500 total. Well….they took the $$$ but….- Framing nails not sent *had to buy from other store- There was no air fitting on coil gun- Air hose wasn’t compatible with compressor OR framing gun.- They sent new air fittings at my cost but wrong again *lost approx $100- The wrong size nails for sent for the coil gun. *loss approx $180 on re purchaseAnd these guys are the “go to” retail experts? I would have had better results asking a 4yr old to pick out random items off the shelf.I’ve tried for weeks and weeks to come to solutions and agreements but the incompetence just seems to know no boundaries. Don’t even bother shopping here.

Bought stock online as the staff instore didn't seem interested in taking my money. The online store took my money a month later when I called to ask where it was was told 1 product was back ordered. They didn't want to spend the money on 2 lots of postage. Convenient when I asked for a refund it had turned up and was sent. Guess it's back to bms for me for tools

Took my money for an online sale. A month later and 3 phone calls and it's just turned up. Right when I asked for my money back. How convenient.

Decent range, but not one sales member offered assistance til after I found what I was looking for. And that included me going up and down 3/4 of the isles in the store ... past a sales team member in almost all isles.

Bad service only time team members asked if i needed help if I was near items that cost a lot of $$$$$$$Only needed a drill bit buy the team made me fill forced into buying toolsWill not be going back any time soon

Big place, but as you walk in, you are met with silence. The first thing in customer service is acknowledgement. We ended up back at Total Tools and brought our stuff there,and got what was needed.
