I ordered a $100 bunch of flowers for my Mum’s birthday and we were both very disappointed with the delivery. Instead of roses and lilys they used chrysanthemums and carnations and looked nothing like the advertised arrangement. I provided feedback to management but received no response. I won’t be ordering from them again.

My mum paid $205 for flowers to be delivered to me and I was shocked at how much she paid because what was delivered was a smallish bunch of flowers..not worth $200.
