Amazing Service!I placed an order which I needed by a certain date, sent the store an email and got an Almost immediate reply confirming that they were shipping the order now and that I would receive the order on time and got upgraded to free express shipping! Can’t ask for better than that will def come here for future purchases! Thanks so much to Tim, really appreciate good customer service is hard to come by these days.

I recently had an issue (a defect) with a piece of equipment bought through Underwater Australasia- they are SO GOOD to deal with- knowledgeable, efficient and prompt, and more importantly willingly sorted out a replacement from the manufacturer- exactly what you need if you're online shopping. Also note that Tim has 40 reviews here- all 5 stars- why shop elsewhere?

Top Customer Service!! I contacted Underwater to compare a few different underwater scooters. Tim was fantastic!! He gave me all the answers to my questions making it easy to choose which sea scooter was right for me. Tim was patient, knowledgeful and super helpful. I ended up purchasing the Sublue Navbow+ and cannot wait for it to arrive! Thanks Tim!! Will definitely be back to purchase more equipment from you.
