Jax is always quick, always professional and always does a fantastic job at a fantastic price. I have used a variety of Jax stores over the years (Artarmon, Kensington and luckily for me Geelong when i was on a road trip) and each have been fantastic. Honestly, don't even bother looking elsewhere, just use Jax. For someone that has no mechanical knowledge what so ever Jax have always treated me like a human being, never taken advantage of me and always given me great advice.Please keep it up, you're doing something right over there.

JAX Tyres offer excellent service! I called JAX to get advice on 4wd tyres suitable for what I was using my vehicle for; Consideration was provided for a range of important factors in my decision including performance and value. I finally chose a set of BF Goodrich 4wd tyres and have had the tyres on for over 50,000 klm. Since that time I have used JAX for all our family vehicles in various locations - same top service. You can definitely trust JAX tyres in a sea online operators.

very bad customer service. the staff did not leave correct & sufficient notes when booking via the call. Later the retail staff advised that it was my fault and knocked my keys on the front desk. what?? a xxxx - later I tried to call jax head office to solve it. what amazing head office is...said i did not pay money first. so they cannot do blablabla. lol

Another good experience with Jax Tyres. They took time to explain the different brands and what they had to offer. There was zero pressure or up-sell and I had the car back quickly. I’ve used a few Jax branches (mostly Castle Hill) on a number of occasions over the years for both for tyres and mechanical) and always come away feeling like I’ve been very well looked after. Happy to endorse their great service and workmanship.

Took my car to jax tyres east Maitland for 2 tyres & a wheel alignment finished the job receipt says all completed payed the payment to find they have damaged underneath the car bent the bar somehow won’t fix the damages even tho admitting something wasn’t right now my car is off balanced steers to the left makes a clunky noise where the bar has been bent now I have to contact the tribunal my mechanic will verify the car was inspected underneath a couple of days before taking it to jax tyres as it was ready for a pink slip not to mention putting the wrong plate number on the receipt

I am a mechanic with a crook back. I have managed tyre shops and automotive workshops. I use a local Jax tyres while my back repairs and with five cars I really need their help. Unfortunately I have to keep going back, time and time again to have simple things rectified. Just as an example-had two new tyres fitted and they forgot to fit new valves and balance the them??? Even lied to their boss about it, so he had to check the cameras to see if I was lying about it! There’s service...pfft. I was told I’d be contacted when a repair was ready for pick up...umm nope, didn’t happen! Just had a wheel alignment and steering wheel isn’t straight. Not ideal with an airbag!!! So needless to say don’t really want to go back. Good service is paramount guys...

Excellent business to deal with. Customer service is a number one focus, and the support provided to their network is unlike any other automotive business. Great team, highly recommended.

I recently changed my tyres at Jax Tyres Bondi Junction and I have to say that the guys there are really experienced in their field. They really were here to listen and advise me on what to do when we have limited budget. The website prices are very competitive compare to others.I also recently had a puncture near Artarmon and went to the nearest Jax Tyres. The guys at Jax Tyres Artarmon are very professional and cost me $45 at the end. I also went during an odd time when they were about to close. They did not say anything and were happy to look at my puncture.With this customer experience I have had so far, I will now send my car to those guys for services because I know that I can trust them.

Very bad customer service.I have photo evidence that prove the damage on my rim wasn't on middle of spokes before they changed tyres. The photos have taken in front of their office just before I left their shop but they are denying their fault, only repeating that it's pre existing or it's not a true representation of my experience(of course without any fact, evidence or explanation). I proved my point with photos but they don't even try to explain how they made their decision. How could they say it's not a true experience without evidence or explanation? Why would I do all this if you didn't damage my rim? Why couldn't you show me whole CCTV during my car was in the shop if you are really saying truth? I am not an online fighter i have only written reviews with my genuine experience with photos and never ever happened like this Jax issue before. People can make a mistake but usually other businesses admitted their fault and apologised and I gave them 4 or 5 stars(being honest is beautiful behaviour and I always appreciate it). I have never seen a company denied their fault like Jax.They don't protect their innocent victims even who has clear evidence.

terrible , worst service , no customer care follow up on replaced engine, left a loose clamp on radiator , totally lied and stuffed me around , James Slacks creek , i have 3 letters from good mechanics , going to take this rude arrogant man to court, even my dad and partner complained about the work he did , have affidavits from them also , but also have legal advice to complain here and QTAC and I have had to employ a lawyer. after two weeks waiting for them to give me quote to fix what is their fault they told me they did not and could not find find anyone on the in the Sunshine coast to fix my car , this is the SlaCKS Creek branch and the Caloundra branch , while I as a non mechanic women got three quotes. not only did Iose time with their deceit and lies but money . also the manger James has been asked 6 times to provide a document of work done and he refuses to and has not provided it , very strange man . Many people have said Jax should do tyres and leave peoples cars aloneYes I have been in torch with a James he knows all about this snd totally will not tske responsibility . I have just employed a lawyer , more money to make this terrible manger fix what he should have done originally
