Friendly customer service.giid selection if hit and cold food before 10pm,only thing I would say even for a petrol station cigarette prices are quite high

The owners need to send their counter team to a customer service school. They don't know how to listen to a customer but know how to overtalk and be very rude and arrogant. Will not be going there again - it's not worth it, even for the cheap petrol.On another matter if your station runs out of ULP then perhaps turn off the ULP lights so people don't wait for 20 minutes or more in a queue and then see a small sign on the pumps' nozzeles.

As a fuel station they are ok if you like long waits whenever the fuel is cheap but as a resident living nearby it's a nightmare. Always having antisocial issues related to the site is bad enough but then they love to put the PA system volume up all the time waking up residence many time each night with it. Even darning the day like today it's up so loud it's heard inside people's houses. Complaining fixes it for a short time frame but then back comes the issue. How hard is it to have all staff knowing how to use the system correctly?

Just in the wrong place and it can be difficult to get in and out of. It’s spacious, and the staff are great but good luck trying your stop to be a short visit when they drop the fuel price.

This petrol station has a large drive-in area that becomes a car park when petrol is cheap (unless you come at the horrible hours of the day). In particular, petrol here tends to be the cheapest fuel in the area on Monday and the cue to buy fuel tends to run even outside the entrances to the petrol station during the busier periods.

I don't usually like to make bad reviews. However, I was made to pay 3 TIMES because THEIR til was playing up. Even though I had proof I had already paid, and their EFTPOS machine said it had approved. They could not give me the receipts for the first 2 transactions. I suggested to use the other til to pay as they were not letting me leave until I paid" so I paid a THIRD and final time (total cost was $169.14)

Absolutely trash, double charging on their EFTPOS and making people jump through hoops. So much time wasted!Okay, an update is that these people refused to refund me and have actually now stolen my money. They refused to refund even with proof and therefore have stolen from me.
