Fantastic Furniture

Amazing and helpful staff. Had a great attitude and were very knowledgeable about products in the store. The warehouse team were just as helpful and thoughtful in loading my purchase into my car. Would recommend shopping there. Better experience at fantastic furniture than at Amart next door!!

Ordered here for click and collect. Was a tiny bit difficult to find the pick up point but your working with what you have and I completely understand there is nothing you can do to change that. The signage was great and did help a lot though. My problem was the woman at the collection point. She had an attitude as if she did not want to be there. Instead of asking for assistance from another worker, she tipped my furniture onto the trolley creating a loud bang (It is a flat pack cabinet so very tall and narrow box). She did this for all three boxes. Then just dumped them at the back of the car, again with another Big Bang onto the concrete, took her photo and walked off. I just think that if someone is paying their hard earned money on something, it is not her place to throw it about and possibly break it

Good variety of products but they do not have latitude interest free repayment schemes for those of you are wondering.

Exceptional service, particularly from Olivia. We travelled from the Ravenhall store where we had lackluster service only to be met with not only wonderful service but solutions to ensure we were able to have our needs met that day, rather than the estimated 6 - 8 weeks. Having travelled again to the Thomastown store, we were met with the solution that Olivia set up and were able to come home to set up our new dining setting.Thanks to Olivia and the Pakenham staff for your great phone manner, wonderful in person service and dedication to your customer needs.

Called into this store today for some missing parts from an online purchase, the young fella went above and beyond to search out the back to find me some and meanwhile catted with the extremely bubbly girl at the counter. Amazing customer service!

We had great service and helped us to change what we ordered easily.

Appalling service.We went up to the checkout to purchase a rug in our hands.We were told they cannot sell this to us even though the rug was actually in our hands ready to be purchased.Can appreciate mistakes happen. The girl at the counter who helped us was lovely and she called over the manager.The manager did not offer an apology, did not even give us so eye contact or offered us a resolution.She let the poor checkout girl handle the situation while she was next to her and did nothing.She might need some training in delivering customer service.If you buy from here and go up to pay, beware, the item you have in your hand you might not be able to walk out of the store with!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't even deserve one star. They like to get the full payment prior to delivery and when it comes to refund because of poor and defective quality of purchased item, they are not interested in you at all. They are good in Apologising" every time when you ring for not having received the refund
