Seeing a psychologist can be a bit daunting, but thankfully I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic and have felt welcomed and valued since my first appointment. Michelle has helped me significantly through both my depression and anxiety and I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance. Overall lovely and professional staff, and stunning location that never ceases to brighten my day! I’d highly recommend Kylie Wainwright & Associates to friends and family.

Avoid at all costs. Care for patients is nil. Some of the most disgusting behaviour I have witnessed from a so called health professional. I accompanied my partner to the practice as support/to find out how we are going to help her, as she has been going through a lot and not coping at all. And the previous sessions have seen no affect. I was met rudely, abruptly and with disregard to as why I was even there, Karen proceeded to say I was not invited and couldn't attend the session and didn't even say hello, this was after my partner had called to check it was ok and the receptionist advised it should be fine, but apparently it was not and the message was missed. I can understand there being mis-communication, but Karen proceeded to call my partner a liar and belittle her saying she was lying. We left and will never return and hope no one else does after reading this. They have since left a voicemail apologising and sent an email and text message trying to rebook her, like seriously.. look for another career because your personal skills are non-existent. I feel sorry for the receptionist there because Karen spoke to her like garbage too.

Highly recommended. Kylie is a skilled psychologist whose approach is filled with empathy and professionalism.

Awful experience, went for developmental concerns for my child. Was told grossly out of date information/opinions. Advised to avoid taking my child out of the house unless absolutely necessary to avoid social anxiety". Do not recommend."
