Good repairs but didn't shampoo wash clean up car nice still had dust all over.

I could be biased, but the quality of work done , is second to none. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are recommended by NRMA and a Subaru specialist in repairs.

Excellent service so far especially impressed by the office staff, very clear communication and great follow-up from their side.Our Honda Hatch suffered hail damage pretty much all over the body. Gutted.. So after our insurer came through, they sent us to Narrabeen Smash repairs.So far only good stuff!-Little to no waiting time for assessment-Intake/ assessment was about 15 minutes. Pictures where taken by garage. And I advise owners to do the same before or during intake.-Friendly staff even though the garage was chock-a-block full of cars. They must be busy.- Quote received within 48 hours, in our case, directly in our inbox.Appointment for repairs confirmed the same week. Our car is going in to be fixed next week.Will write a followup review, about the actual repair but so far 5 stars!

Narrabeen Smash Repairs did a great job repairing my car and then cleaned it to give it a pristine finish inside and out. The whole process, from booking it in, to picking it up again, was completely hassle free, and the work was completed earlier than estimated. Thumbs up!

Hail damage repairs done well but some collateral damage from tools used. One of the scratches was polished right through the laquer leaving a thumb print from the rubbing :(

Did a good job on the bumper bar, but would not repair the boot. We had no choice of repairer through NRMA.
