Rockmans Werribee

No professionalism with the staff, they knock the change room every 2 seconds, rushing us to come out, in a rude way, doing a rude business.felt v disappointed. Visited the store on 29 th December 2020. The staff should be educated how to deal with customers rather than being money minded.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF...I was there on 18th of March 2022 around 1.30pm to 2pm...I bought 2 pieces and then changed my mind just few minutes after I went out of the shop after the staff was really extremely rude with me and my mum, talking to me in a sarcastic way although I was very calm and smiling all the time to her but she was very very very very very rude...and when I went back 5mins after I bought the things and asked to return that I didn't use for even a second she told me no refund, as well as when my mum asked her where is the sign that says no refund, she got a sign from under the counter saying no refund, so my mum told her you are not showing the sign, she said I don't have to show it, it's the shop policy...and she accused me of cheating when I asked her that I want to return an item that I bought and then a few days later it has a discount on it so I wanted to refund and re buy it with the offer, she answered with sarcasm and she was really mean and rude and accused me of being a cheater to do that, while all other well known brands do such thing normally all over the world and staff are welcoming to do it without giving customers a lesson...ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE INTELLIGENT...how can we report such an issue seems like they are so rude with lots of clients.

Amazing staff!! Couldn't recommend shopping here enough, always great deals and staff always will start a chat! One of my go to shops.. This reviews are very miss leading, have never had a rude staff member occurrence. The other day I was shopping casually just wondering and a staff member came up to me asked if I wanted anything and if I needed a hand and I said no and continued shopping. As shopping I was so comfortable, everyone had a smile on their face and were just so polite! When I went to checkout they asked how my day was going and started conversation, it made my day!! I would 100% recommend shopping here!

Zero stars!!!!Wow! Why would you put a rude staff on duty? Rude and Arrogant lady at the counter this after Sunday 26th March 2023 about 3.30pm-3.45pm. Glared at me when I asked a question about the store's signage when one sign showed ...from $25" while another showed "50% off." My question was "what exactly does that mean and which items are $25 and which ones are 50% off?" I showed her the tag in the item I was interested in that showed $99. She glared at me up and down before answering "they are all $25." So I tried to clarify again

Staff are so rude. Chatting about random things while ignoring me then treated me like a criminal trying to exchange an item. No need to be so rude and disrespectful towards customers. They really are abrupt and rude. I will not return.

Very very rude staff or could be the manager. Didn’t know how to respond with respect even. I had to exchange a dress that was gifted to me, it came with all the tags and bag from rockman but she acted like I was trying to steal an item.. I was shocked by the way she rejected me to say exchange. Never go there again.

Lovely staff, I could understand why some staff may come across as rude when some of their customers are inconsiderate and leave the change rooms a mess. Would not like to put up with that myself either. Otherwise pleasant experience, would recommend!

Amazing clean store and very lovely staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the rockmans in Werribee !!

The woman who served me was very kind and polite. She was very soft spoken and helpful. I don’t know her name but her behaviour made me feel very comfortable.

Love shopping in this store - staff are so helpful and friendly- its always clean and neat - easy to find a great outfit- prices are good - never leave with out a purchase
