Reasonably prices items and good layout. I would recommend it but do your research as some items you may able to buy it cheaper elsewhere

This is a great place to get things for the kitchen (mainly). If you're going to a wedding, engagement party or 21st, you're guaranteed to find something appropriate.This is a much bigger store than some of the other Victoria's Basements and while it's two floors, nearly everything is on one. There's a small elevator, so it's fairly disabled friendly.There's plenty of parking outside and the prices are quite reasonable. They have frequent sales.

I really enjoy going to Victoria’s basement, I love how they have all things kitchen and very good quality, the prices are very competitive, I never get bored going there, they have a beautiful cookie cutters and a great cooking range for kids

It’s ok. Hard to find items, but there is a lot to choose from. Sometimes I think they need to do a good clearance sale and cut down floor stock so you can more easily find things.

Visited this store first time and was surprised by variety of house hold items and prices. Almost every item was at discounted price. There are so many options if one is looking to buy gifts, one can find gifts in every price range. The store is spread across 3 floors, there is lift available inside the store. Ample parking available.

Very disappointed with our visit to the Castle Hill outlet of Victoria's Basement. There was barely any room to move around with a trolley. There didn't seem to be any order to the arrangement of items and finally many items especially large ones had no pricing shown with no way to find a staff to ask the price.The Auburn location is much better and solves a lot of the issues above.

Victoria's basement in castle Hill is equally large compared to the Victoria's basement in Sydney CBD. Love the glassware section here. They've got some amazing glassware for a reasonable price. Not too many parking slots available. But usually not difficult to get parking.

I love this place! Professional grade cookware at bargain prices. I bought 10 x tumblers for $20 and a scanpan steamer for $19 plus they sell $1 greeting cards. Their staff were fantastic, especially Umesh who located the stock on the floor for me, served me when he realised no-one was at the counter and when i was leaving saw him driving a forklift. What an ideal staff member you have there!
