We have used Bears refrigeration since 2020. We had never owned a house with ducted AC before and early on it broke down twice. They have been prompt, helpful and go over and above to ensure you are happy. I always appreciate their honesty and time explaining things to me. Thanks also to Donna in the office. We highly recommend Brad and the team at Bears. They have been looking after our farms 3 cold-rooms for a couple of years. In some cases weve had to call them for an urgent matter and they have helped us greatly. Recently they just helped us repair/rebuild/replace an old cold-room and they were terrific. We find them to be helpful, friendly and reasonable quoting and highly recommend this honest and reliable company.

The guys are Bears were more than accommodating sending out a technician on their way past from another job. Unfortunately the first initial diagnosis and repair did not fix the issue resulting in having to go through insurance to have item replaced - when communicating this to the Bears team they were more than helpful in providing the required documentation to submit my claim. Downfall is that now I am up for 2 costs instead of just the 1 being the insurance excess! Thanks team for trying.
