would rather give no stars, ordered through the drive thru and apparently order wasn’t put through, was rudely asked if we had paid by a manger, yes we did. Was then asked by the manager what items we had I tried to explain but then was cut short and told to go in waiting bay, honestly get new managers the whole situation could have been handle better, after receiving food it was basically just thrown in the bag burgers weren’t wrapped properly and chips were cold 0/5 stars tbh. Worth driving to Logan village for better customer service.

Yesterday around 12, a young lady with glasses and a wonderful smile at the payment window took my order perfectly, she had great service and a great attitude for providing us with a better experience than most other fast food places around that area. As I said previously the order was perfect and the food was nice. Just wanted to express my appreciation for the hard workers around my local area. Made my day, Thanks ❤️.

Paid for my order in the drive-thru and distracted staff told me it did not go through. I was actually looking and saw the payment process. Very rude manager told me I hadn’t paid. I tried to show her my online banking where it had gone through but she told me it “wouldn’t clear” (what the?) and started getting angry. I asked her what she wanted me to do as I wasn’t paying twice. She said that was the only option and I would have to apply to McDonald’s for a refund.I have contacted McDonalds constantly for 7 weeks but I am still waiting for a refund. Isn’t it wonderful that a multi-national corporation making millions of dollars every day has decided to keep my money? Revolting service and behaviour. A small, family business would have given the customer benefit of the doubt and would definitely have had the decency to let them explain without yelling over the top of them as the Yarrabilba manager did to me.Don’t eat there! It’s bad for you anyway.

McDonalds is just a place to stop when you need to go to the toilet. Nothing there is attractive. Very good location in Moorooka, but the access is awkward.

We just moved to Yarrabilba from interstate and are absolutely appalled by the service we received at this McDonalds branch, and the service to other customers we witnessed. The people in front of us had been waiting for an ungodly amount of time after McDonald’s staff messed up their order THREE times. The people kept on repeating their order to the staff multiple times and somehow they still managed to mess it up this bad.We waited for over 20 minutes for our order (two burgers, two chips, nuggets and frozen drinks) and then they tried to give me someone else’s order and argued with me when I said it was the wrong order (they were trying to give me an Uber order!).We finally got our food about 25 mins later, they forgot to give us straws for our drinks and the lady was rude when I asked for two straws. In all honesty I would have been better off driving to Logan Village and getting dinner there.This was at 9pm and there were only 3 customers in the restaurant at the time and Yarrabilba MacDonalds stuffed around all three of us. Worst MacDonalds experience I have ever had. This branch needs a new manager and its staff set straight.

Sorry to have to write a review like this. Firstly I will say the amenities were immaculate. That's my only prase for this establishment. The staff were taking care of drive through and seemed to have forgotten about shop front service. Once they had my order it was served to us reasonably prompt. A simple order. Large hot chocolate, small coffee and two slices of raisin bread toast. Drinks were fine but the toast was burnt badly, ( not fit for consumption but that was only part of the problem). Apart from being burnt they didn't even supply and butters to at least help it slide down the throat. Yes I had to go back to the counter to ask for butter. They did give me 2 butters and one knife. I guess they were conserving the planet, only one wooden knife. Maybe the fact my wife and I were over the age of 17 threw them off a little. Not really sure but I do use McDonald's in other places in Brisbane and other towns as I like to travel a bit around the country and usually like a quick drop in for a snack. Hope this trend doesn't flow on to other stores as I'll have to find other places for our snacks while travelling. Some places use secret shopper's, maybe it's use here would be of an advantage. Summer Wilks is one of the best people to have served me, she always makes sure that every need is met and is absolutely lovely, she treated me with so much respect and I am honoured we have such a great worker at our establishment ❤️

My kids loved the nuggets, the service was a bit slow, but the atmosphere was GREAT. If you talk about this Macca's, I'll be happy :)Overall, pretty good!Also, the cheeseburger was AMAZING.Edit: The workers were really nice, too!

I don't like giving bad reviews, but this is the worst Macca's I've ever been too. I've given up eating here as I've tried many times and NEVER gotten my order as I've ordered it. When eating in, the place is filthy. Not just messy eater filthy, but black mould around the bottom of the seats etc.

This is not the first time they’ve messed up my Uber eats other. Came from work really tired and decided to Uber eats my other. My chips were cold. I live 5 mins drive, there is no way my chips should have become that cold, there was not a slight warmth. It felt like it’s been sitting on the counter and placed in the bag.
