Priceline Pharmacy Helensvale

I just want to thank all of the girls that were working yesterday and today.My husband went in there yesterday looking for some fertility vitamins for himself and me and he said the staff helped him so much and today (not knowing he went there yesterday) i popped in to get something he forget and the staff were so helpful and really friendly!

I bought a couple of well priced items here. There are plenty of staff to get answers when needed. The pharmacist was able to help me with getting pricing on some medications.Overall a good experience.

Priceline Helensvale Westfield is the crème de la crème of pharmacies.Never will you find the most warm hearted, supportive and cheerful staff anywhere else. You walk in the front door and the staff welcome you by name (yes, i am a regular). The staff always ask how I am going. They always ask if there is anything else I need. They never hesitate if I have a special order request - which is regular and often. Their pricing is on par with other pharmacies and they don't blink an eyelid if asked to price match. As a disabled person living half an hour away by bus, I will make the effort to travel the distance (when having a good day) simply because of the awesome professional and interpersonal skills (a necessity for me) that i have personally experienced. In fact, so thorough are the Pharmacists, they managed to identify a potential high risk medication interaction, my regular GP, Specialists & Queensland Health failed to recognise. Without intending to be melodramatic, they very well could have saved my life. In summary, you could not find better than Priceline Helensvale Westfield. Thank you to you all for helping to make my complex medical conditions, so much easier to manage, just because you care! xo

I go in here quite a lot and a lady don't know her name but with blonde hair and glasses who's always there is always so lovely and helpful to me every single time, super knowledgeable as well!

Just experienced the worst customer service at a Priceline from a younger lady with dark hair who was too busy gossiping about another staff member to serve me properly. I was not asked for my membership details or offered a bag. Just felt like I wasn’t welcomed in the store. I had asked for a bag but was completely ignored as she was already too busy continuing her negative conversation before I had even left the counter. I bad both my children with my and my hands already full so I bag to carry the multiple items would have been great. Absolutely horrible I was serviced at 2pm on 2/11/21.

Some of the staff are in desperate need of basic training in customer service. Standing in the queue for 6 mins, another checkout opens, does the assistant serve the next person in the line, NO, she decides to serve some lady who should be at the end of the line. Also training in product knowledge could improve sale revenue. Went to buy a packet of plaque disclosing tablets, assistant had no idea what they were, but was positive they did not stock them. Needless to say we found them.

Went to priceline today for nail products which danielle(hope spelt correctly) found for me. I told her I always get my favourite perfume here but website says out of stock and I was disappointed, she asked which one and said she was sure they had it and what's more it's on sale! I bought 2 bottles. Thank you for having such a pleasant and helpful staff member.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the girls here are literally so nice and helpful! The other day, I came in and bought a product but unfortunately it broke and SOAKED my car and bag, so I went back in hoping for a possible refund. Unfortunately I didn’t have my receipt, but the girls went above and beyond to help me out! So to the three girls that helped me out, thank you!
