Princes Close Early Years Service

Our daughter loved coming to princes close, fantastic educators that really make you feel welcome and supported. The yard is amazing, open spaces for our daughter to explore. Would definitely recommend to any families.

A Dangerously incompetent childcare center.They left my 7 month old boy on a burning hot day out in the sun backing without a cap or sunscreen.Had to take him to the doctor.even doc was shocked.When my partner and I asked why they didnt do their job they just denied everything9.i have never delt with this level of incompetence before.just unbelievable

Fantastic child care centre. Our daughter attended for two years and learnt and developed so quickly under the teachers tuition, we were pleasantly shocked. Every day she would return home with new skills. The teachers are great and upon my daughter leaving they put together a very thoughtful and heart warming book of her development and time at the centre. I highly recommend this child care and in regards to previous reviews four years ago, I can categorically say that we never had any issues.

As any first-time Mum, I was worried about how my 12 month old daughter would settle at daycare but with the help of the caring, attentive staff at Princes Close she settled in easily, sleeps and eats well and loves attending. The Educators are consistent, kind and caring towards our daughters needs - and I feel fully confident leaving my daughter in their care. Thanks to all the lovely Educators, Reception staff, and chef at Princes Close.

We've had children at Princes Close since 2017. The staff are very kind and lovely - it is a happy place. Many staff have worked there for a very long time (the same staff have looked after our children), which helps the children feel very happy and stable. There is a beautiful large outdoor play area, which the children love.The negative review from four years below is very strange. One of our children was there the same year, and there was (and continues to be) an extremely strict policy about children not being allowed outside in spring and summer without a hat and suncream. They even supply hats and suncream for your child if parents forget them! Perhaps this person was confusing Princes Close with somewhere else?

Both of our children have attended Princes Close and we love it. The staff are so friendly and care about the children--and it's been lovely to have the staff be so consistent that some staff have watched both kids grow from tiny baby into big kids/preppies. The whole center was so supportive during all the lockdowns. I could not recommend this center highly enough--they're amazing!

We've had great experiences at Princes Close with both our kids, one of whom is still attending. The educators are attentive and professional, and our kids always come home happy (and sometimes don't want to leave!). With two working parents, Princes Close has been a lifesaver as a safe and welcoming place for them to spend their days.

The staff here are amazing. We have sent both our kids here from daycare all the way through to kindergarten. The staff connection with our kids has been crucial to their enjoyment and development in their early years. Highly recommend Princes Childcare to anyone wanting a safe, caring and friendly environment for their kids. And the kids love the meals prepared there more than ours!

Our 1 year old son has been attending Princes Close Childcare Centre for 6 months and I couldn't recommend them more highly. He settled in well from the very first week I believe due to the caring, attentive and experienced staff who made what can be a challenging period for any child starting at childcare into a highly positive one. Particular highlights of this centre include the consistency of the staff who know the children very well, the excellent chef and the lovely environment with an enormous outside space for the kids to explore. We definitely feel we made the right choice in selecting Princes Close.
