Flew into 40 in style today! My partner organized a suprise for me that was nothing short of AMAZING! Private helicopter to Vlasoff Cay which is surrounded by the Great Barrier Reef were we snorkled, then a champagne gourmet picnic, a scenic tour with breath taking views and just us. Unforgettable and super special. Feeling overwhelmed by this whole experience and truly grateful, highly recommended

We were extremely lucky to have experienced this on the day we were there. The weather was not favourable in the morning however it did clear up. The communication with this company was brilliant. They kept in touch with us about the expectations of the day. The pilot was knowledgeable and friendly and the everything is explained so well for you to feel very safe and have a fantastic experience. To see the Great Barrier Reef from this view was like nothing else. Thank you to Nautilus Aviation. Highly recommended.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had!!! You cannot put a price on this outstanding trip. The day was absolutely perfect and the pilot was very knowledgeable and friendly. We forgot his name but he was such a great pilot.We were fortunate enough to land on the sandcay and have a beautiful picnic followed by snorkelling. The food in the picnic was absolutely awesome!!! We got given so much and it was delicious!The picturesque views were one of a kind and the snorkelling was fantastic. We got to see so much of the reef - it was the best!!!I would do this trip over and over again if I could. Thank you so much it was the best day ever!!!If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had organised surprising my partner with a joy flight above the Great Barrier Reef. This experience included landing on a private sand cay where we ate amazing food professionally prepared, snorkelled and relaxed. I must say I was blown away! Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. The team was so lovely and made planning something like this effortless. I highly recommend this for anyone who plans to do a grand romantic gesture.Thanks again Nautilus for some of our best memories!

I was lucky enough to get to go out with Nautilis to do some filming for a tourism piece a while back.You'd think that a helicopter ride to a sand quay in the middle of the ocean is some thing to do with your significant other. But instead I went with my boss.Two blokes, flying high in the sky, feeling like we were in a scene from Top Gun (well, except for the fact that we're both about as cool as Steve Urkel). The pilot was a legend, cracking jokes and making us feel at ease as we soared above the stunning Cairns landscape.But then we landed on the sand quay, and things got even crazier. Two dudes, on a beach, surrounded by water and sunshine – it was like a scene out of Baywatch (if Baywatches star looked more like Danny DeVito)We spent some time lounging on the sand, taking in the breathtaking views, and pretending like we were in a Corona commercial like a couple of Australian versions of Aquaman (well, except for the fact that we're both about as graceful as a hippo on roller skates).All in all, it was an unforgettable experience, and I'm so glad we did it. I mean, who says work trips have to be all about spreadsheets and powerpoints? Sometimes, you just gotta let loose and feel the wind in your hair. Nautilus Aviation, you guys rock!

Didn't take a helicopter flight but thank you very much to Jules for using his downtime to help my mum learn snorkelling! It was her first time swimming in the ocean and she was very nervous but very grateful for him being so patient and teaching her. Really went above and beyond for someone and that's the things people remember :)

Took wife and kids to the reef scenic flight from Port Douglas and was not disappointed! The pilot was very knowledgable, friendly and chatty. The aircraft was also very well maintained. Definitely worth going!

From the start the service was nothing shy of 5 stars. The communication from the company has a personal touch. My fiancé and I can’t thank Nautilus Aviation enough. The team are absolute superstars and a massive shoutout to Kelly for bringing together one of the most magnificent proposals. Due to overnight rain we had our flight cancelled and we were booked to depart Cairns the day after so unfortunately the planned proposal could not go ahead. I asked kelly what was flying that day and what could we achieve. Kelly was able to communicate with the pilot (in flight) and Quicksilver Cruises to pull together a proposal on the pontoon at the Great Barrier Reef. Second to this she even visited us when landing back in Port Douglas to see if it all unfolded as planned. Huge thank you to the Team at Nautilus Aviation and pilot. We can’t wait to be back for an anniversary flight.

Wow wow wow. We added the flight back to cairns from our day trip to the reef and what an absolutely amazing experience. Ben was great with communicating to us on the boat about what to expect prior to departure and our pilot darrian was AMAZING. So knowledgeable and he really made the trip special. Cannot recommend these guys enough. We had an amazing time and a new helicopter too, you could see the reef through the footwell too! Thank you so much guys

Not happy when helicopter trip cancelled on island due to a maintenance issue after waiting on island for 2 hours - check the maintenance before you take the booking! Didn’t even receive an apology! I would of booked with other operator wasted whole day! Ruined what was to be a special trip for our overseas guest! Not happy!
