I had a lovely experience today at Appleyards.I am a visitor to Albany and I was purchasing some gifts to take back to Perth. Steve 's customer's service was first rate. He wrapped all my gifts beautifully and we had a lovely chat. I will definitely return to the shop when I am next in Albany. Kind regards Hazel
