Took my daughter and her friend. Food was very tasty. They plan on returning with their friend group. Friendly, efficient service. The waitress was great.

Been here once before and the food was great.Went on my Birthday as they sent me out a Birthday Voucher. Could use it online as it said that the store didn't accept it. So we went by the Restaurant to order.Got the Southern Fried Chicken Burger for my Daughter, she said it was Awesome. It looked really good.I ordered the Aussie which I struggled to finish (I did finish slowly) and had great flavour. I was impressed.Sweet Potato fries were a treat also coming with a small container of Mayonnaise.Will definitely be back.Thanks for the personal touch on our Takeaway Bag, it's the small thoughtful things that count. Especially when you enjoy the food.Also shout out to the Young Girl at the front serving. She was very Polite and Professional.

Felt like burgers on a Saturday* night and decided to try Hello Harry, we ordered the grass fed beef and south of the border burgers with chips and two THICKshakes, I put emphasis on the thick as they are $8 each and the consistency of milk. Not thick at all, the flavour that you could taste was yum but bland but this was the start of my already unsatisfactory meal. The burgers weren’t great either, unable to finish either. Really disappointed, would save your money.

If you're gluten free, don't waste your money. I ordered a chicken Burger on a GF bun and the bun was so stale and dense it was inedible. The Burger filling itself was bland. Being GF, I've eaten some gross food over my time and this was by far the worst GF meal I have ever tasted. Will never go there again. Go to Grilld if you want decent GF.

We went to Dapto Hello Harry - Renee served us, and she was fantastic - talked through the menu and was kind and friendly. Nothing was too much effort and she was like that with all the customers - she really made an effort with everyone and was really professional. The food was delicious as well! We will be back!

Food was stone cold, chicken was dry and chips were soggy. Tried ringing the store and no one answered. Isn’t the first time I wasted my money on them. Thought I’d give them another chance another waste of money in these hard times

We ordered through the app and had requests for items to be removed. When we got home we found these requests had not been actioned. We called the store to complain, and they offered to replace burger if we returned but we were unable to drive all the way back, as we had small kids. After we explained we couldn’t return to store we were hung up on. Very poor service.
