Great facilty. I used the 2nd storey facilty which was a lot better than I thought as they have trolleys flatboards and lifts in place. Just take your own padlock. Extremely helpful during our sale of house and shift period. Recommend this and would use again. Girls were helpful on the front desk

Great service - polite and helpful. They gave plenty of information, and also stock packing boxes etc. I am satisfied that my belongings are very safe and secure.

Quality size storage (avg car size). Staff onhand during business hours to assist. Keypad gated for 24/7 access. Toilets. Easy access to sheds. Can get power installed. Industrial bins. They hold some packing stock. Staff are friendly who can even accept packages and deliver to shed. Cant really fault them for being a storage shed business. They have it all.

They do not send invoices. Lady in office has the worst customer service I have ever come across- is rude and a complete smartass and issues such as not getting invoices 'are not our problem'. Was perfect before they changed hands. such a shame the place has gone down the drain. will be pulling my gear out ASAP.

The 4 stars are for Tracey, a very helpful, very professional person & I think worth more money!The place is clean, dry & after 3 yrs my stuff was mostly ok.The price you get at first from here seems ok but then it feels like they just constantly are increasing it. These places are a gold mine.

Great customer service, the guy running it was helpful, as was the young lady in the office. Honestly overall an extremely pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I must say that this has been the best ever storage business that I have had to deal with. The service was always excellent the containers or rooms and corridors were always spotlessly clean and accessible. Anything I needed, they were there in a flash. DEFINITELY STARS
