Avoid. I am not usually the one to post a bad review but I unfortunately had to this time in the hope that this would help the clinic to rectify the issues and improve its services.As a mom of 3 incl. a baby it was hard enough to take time off work & family but I was happy to have secured an appointment quickly enough and was looking forward to the visit all week.The plan was to get a good teeth clean before a professional photoshoot next week.The whole experience turned to be extremely rushed and neglecting, the clean wasn't done properly as I can clearly see the there are the same stains and some plague still there post-treatment that I was told are 'just the coffee stains and hard to get rid off'. Well, that was the whole point of me coming by and they were easily being removed by my usual practice before.I found the dentist was not customer friendly, not gentle and didn't even budge when seeing me in pain which I have been voicing out while she was continuously pushing too hard against my gums throughout the procedures. No interest in a patient comfort and just the lack of care.I even returned to speak to the doctor and possibly discuss it as I clearly didn't get the outcome that I was after and the whole experience just felt wrong but she was busy with another patient and so I left.Sad as this practice could be so so much better and I would have really loved the business model.Pros:- Done the xray that was included in the price.

Was super easy to set up a same day appointment. The staff were nice and professional especially Anna who talked me through everything and made it clear and easy. Will be coming here from now on

I saw Anna today at Gregory Hills for a clean and check. Very happy with the service. No wait time and was quick and efficient. She noticed my sensitive teeth right away and was extra careful when dealing with my teeth and used numbing cream to help me deal with the check and clean. Will be coming back for my fillings.
