Came to ask for a dishwasher. The guy couldn’t bother enough to assist us. Smirked as he asked about the electrical parts of our current machine but we weren’t sure about. This guy didn’t know much about what machines they were selling cant tell us much about them.2 stars because Ben came out after that to show us more options and offers a visit to check the parts for us.Not sure will be back again but wont recommend to any friends.

Rang CHES and spoke to Paul the owner. I was looking for a commercial oven/ range hood for my business.Bought oven from Paul and was installed about 3 weeks later as it was delivered from interstate. The guys who installed it didn't look professional and did n't seem to know what they were doing. One older guy and one younger lad. Took a long while for them to install.After instalment I asked why the 2 big holes in the range hood were not covered with some sort of rubber and also explained the cord under oven was too long as it was all over the floor and was a tripping hazard. Paul explained that he would be back to fix it. So I spoke my accountant who advised me to take 300 dollars off the 12,000 dollar oven until he fixes it.My accountant Craig also spoke to Paul and told him. He said he was fine with it.One year later the two front main hot plates (electric Oven) did not work. I rang Paul as I still figured it was under warranty. Paul was very rude to me and told me he is not fixing a thing until the 300 dollars was paid? He told me he fixed it when he clearly didn't . I took photos to show him.Paul wanted no involvement in helping me fix my oven and did not tell me where to go to get any parts for this oven. I was left cooking with 2 back hot plates which made it extremely difficult to cook in the restaurant for my customers.These people are happy to take your money. Install ovens unprofessionally , leaving long dangly cords under oven and holes in range hood and never help you again is their service!If any problems occur in future they don't want to know about it.It cost me a lot of money to fix and I ended up paying the bill and still left with a long dangly cord under the oven which was very unsafe as my staff would trip over it and holes with sharp edges left .So if you want a commercial oven with no help after when problems arise, come to this place.Never again and never would I recommend . Every time I rang them they spoke very rudely to me. Paul was very unprofessional and rude to me and left me with a huge bill in the end.I would recommend - GO ELSEWHERE!!! plenty other commercial oven places!
