Phoned at 9am to ask about repair of door stuck at jaunty angle and cables snapped. Had the door all fixed by 11.20am. Faultless service.

Wow these guys are A1 for service, communication and their product is second to none. We had a terrible experience with another local Illawarra company who left us high and dry for months at the end of our new home build. Impact came with 2 days of our call for help, measured up and within 2 weeks they manufactured and installed a huge custom front garage door as well as a smaller back one. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing was left to chance as the details were thoroughly confirmed by phone prior to the order being placed. We are so appreciative of their professionalism and service, we couldn't recommend them more highly and wish we had gone with them in the first instance.

I was referred to impact garage doors through a friend. Contacted the office for a garage door repair of my panel lift door. The lady i spoke to was polite and booked an onsite appointment for the following week. The technician was on time and the sms message ahead was appreciated. He saw the problem, went and got his tools, and had the issue fixed in no time- could not be happier! Cost was absolutely reasonable and i am really happy with the outcome, especially given that i had another garage door company come out and tell me that they could not help me, that i needed a carpenter!
