After a lacklustre experience at the corporate Gosford Post Office, I decided to come here instead. So glad I did! The staff are helpful and friendly, and there are so many nice things to look at in the shop. Came out with a bunch of goodies! Highly recommend :)

I had to collect my delivery at this office for the very first time & it was the very best experince ever. All people there were simply amazing, so helpful, so caring, so kind, so friendly. I had 2 large boxes & a packet to collect & they did not allow me to lift anything heavy, instead assisted me by taking the boxes to my UBER taxi. These lovely people went above & beyond my expectations. Great team, great service ! Cannot praise them high enough !

Absolutely bizarre. They shut at 5pm and I tried to lodge my passport application at 430 after work. It literally takes 5 minutes. The place was empty and the unhelpful woman said they only do passports up to 4pm. What a shambles of a place.

The staff here are always friendly and chatty, and very helpful. They have an excellent range of magazines, stationary and gifting. I come here to use the posting services, and they'll always advise me the cheapest way of sending.
