Fantastic store. Friendly staff. Beautiful gift ideas

This is a great store in Menai Market Place, you could spend a fortune here. They sell lovely giftware, linen and towels. It's the perfect 'go-to' store if you are buying wedding, house warming or any occasion gifts. They often have sales with decent price reductions and specials. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I’d leave 0 stars if that was possible. Felt very unwelcome by the lady that the nice staff member informed me was the store manager, I simply had to ask who this condescending c@w was... not happy with the ‘service’.Normally you expect a mature woman to be thus but this was not the case.Here’s a free tip, honey, smile....

HORRIBLE MANAGER THERESA! needs to be fired!Not only unprofessional and rude but a major embarrassment to the brand! As a frequent BBT customer I have always been greeted with a warm smile and helpful staff for all enquires and transactions.Unfortunately I can not say that is the moto or ethics encouraged by the manager Theresa at Menai. I went in today to exchange an item and was not only told to leave the store, I was spoken down too and rudely treated. A 2 minute exercise became a 1.5hr exercise that required regional management, national management and a call to another state manager to inform Theresa (the manager) to accept the 1 item exchange to ensure the client is satisfied.I have to thank the other staff of Menai for their professionalism and care towards me after witnessing such disgusting behaviour.I want to note to customers when visiting the store to keep an eye out for the treatment of the staff, as I witnessed today the back door slammed in their faces from the manager Theresa as well as rude and passive aggressive behaviour.No work place should be toxic and no staff should be scared to approach or provide transaction.I am not shocked that Theresa's customer service was so poor after witnessing the treatment of her staff.

A Huge Thank you to Beautiful Tia & James for their amazing patience and so helpful to me when choosing a new quilt cover which became quite a task in getting the right colour but with their help we found a beautiful one. Also their amazing service and always greeting with a friendly smile love shopping in your store , always know I will be well looked after by all the lovely team members . Cheers Margie

A beautiful range of products and wonderful service by the staff (except the blonde lady)

Thank you to the patient & very helpful store manager who helped me select a quilt cover & matching sheet set for my dad's bed. Not only did this lovely lady have a good eye for colours & matching to give a beautiful outcome, she knew what she had in stock. A job that I had been avoiding, was quickly & easily done. Many thanks.

Poor service in Menai store, came in to exchange a throw my daughter bought a day before which did not wash well. Manager Teresa was rude and not giving my daughter a chance to explain. Manager was not helpful not even told my daughter to leave the store and make a phone call outside the store. She was not prepared to ph the area manager or head office to seek approval or assistance in how to settle the matter. Finally with my daughters persistence and her numerous calls to head office and a hour later the $59.99 throw exchanged.
