Chemist Warehouse Reservoir Central S/C

This store is an absolute scam. They sold me fragrances which smell different on my skin. When I discovered that the scents smell different, I tried on the day and everyday after so far to exchange the item and they refuse to. Now I am stuck with a fragrance which is different from what I found. A truly misleading and deceptive racket they are running.

Used to go here after an early appointment at connected clinic. The clinic's usual open time is 8am but does open earlier, like today it opened before 7am.Years ago this Chemist warehouse opened at 8:00am. Then was changed to 8:30am, now opens at 9:00am.Today, I went to the connected clinic for a quick check. Was given a script and out by 8:15am.Since this Chemist Warehouse opens at 9:00am, I decided to drive to Bundoora Chemist Warehouse instead -- they open at 8:30am!!!

There was a pharmacist named Anuradha who was on his way out but instead he took the time to help me with choosing supplements and some medications for my mom. He was very kind and helpful. Such good service, I will definitely be back.

I would give no stars if I had the option! very very poor service, very very rude staff, I paid for a delivery and it got delivered opened and I had no idea the quality of the product once it had been tampered with, I wouldn't feel confident using on myself let alone my baby! I Tried contacting them, got passed around to numerous staff members who could not help me. when someone finally came to the phone after being on hold for a very long time, they said there was nothing wrong with the item and go to the store if I wanted another one. I explained that I PAID for delivery due to being sick and not being able to physically get to the store to pick up my baby shampoo! I was then hung up on by one of the very rude and unhelpful staff members. I will never shop here again and shoppers please be warned.

I went there to get a prescribed drug one morning. I know that they most likely won't have it on shelf; so I asked one of chemist to order it for me. She said that they won't do it for me because they are busy. I said I don't expect to have it right away. I told her I used to get the drug through another Chemist Warehouse, and never had any problems. Then she told me to go back the same shop. It's awful!

I am relieved to see so many people complain about the female manager here. It seems that I am not the only one who thinks that she is rude and rude. She is also rude to my children and has no basic respect

Informative, speedy service kind staff

Positive points: Many available items, very spacious, plenty of parkings and easy access from the main road, tram stop right at the front.Here comes the complaint “CUSTOMER SERVICE” - particularly for the mature age lady at the cashier (6/11/2020 around 6.20pm). Long story short, I came to collect the item that was on hold via phone. The 1st lady I met at the cashier said “Yes, it is here”, then I picked up some more items before payment. When I went back to the cashier, the 1st lady went away, but left me with the mature age lady. I explained and cleared to her that I came to collect the item on hold, and it was behind the counter. she simply said it was not my item and there was nothing on hold for me. It took a while to sort this out! I had to repeat the story and my name over 2 times with her. *Sigh!It could be confusion or misunderstanding (It can happen everywhere, right?) But she could have said “let me check! Can I please get some more details?” instead of making me feel uncomfortable with the whole situation ? All I can say are the lady lacked of attempt in customer services, lacked of team work, lacked of listening to me (as a customer), lacked of empathy. I don’t know she might have had a bad day (who knows). But I don’t believe that I deserved these kind of unprofessional service from this lady. Lastly, she didn’t even say “Sorry”. Yep I ask too much!!

Downside, rude staff. Asked the staff for the location of a medicine, was told they are too busy topping up the shelves and can't direct me. However if you are desperate for medicine that are sold out elsewhere, most of the time there will be stock here. People avoided this store for the staff behaviours.
