Love the reception staff, they are always pleasant and overall good doctors who don’t just rush you out the door

Go Anywhere but here.Our Two year old daughter was very sick with temps in the 39's the doctor took her temperature barely looked at here and used his go to answer for everything. Oh it's just viral there's a few going around at the moment

1 star is too generous to describe my experiences and the experiences of my family members with some of the doctors at this practice.My experiences with 2 male doctors, Dr Ejembi and Dr Okoli were extremely poor and unpleasant. I believe these doctors don’t care about patients or have a passion for medically treating and caring for patients. It’s all about the money.They rush you to finish and it’s clear they don’t care about what you are saying with how they interact and their body language. I paid $70 to get a medical certificate and I ended up getting s 5 minute session where I was made to feel like a nuisance and rushed to leave.These doctors also frequently like to argue about what you are saying like it’s their own body.I don’t recommend these two doctors because I believe it’s just about the money for them. They were great when me and my family first started going however it is an unprofessional centre with terrible doctors now.

They Always make you wait a long time, receptionist are unfriendly & too busy gossiping about their personal life & patients problems, very unprofessional, they also miss hear your name & are too lazy to check & put you as no attendance to your appointment while you still there waiting to be call. Doctors rush you out of their rooms too worry about their time & they can’t bother to call out loud your name in the waiting area, it is a big room they should know better, their service is not good you have to go back 2 - 3 times for them to guess what the problem is or you have to tell them what to do , is ridiculous, unprofessional, lazy and very uncaring clinic as a whole, I didn’t read the reviews before going there if I did I would not have gone there at all.

Went today for my 6 year old daughter appointment with her abdomen pain . Very disappointed with Dr Emmanuel service he didn't look concern , no guidance and even didn't check up her vitals or abdomen. I insisted him to refer us for ultrasound so that we can find if everything was fine .He keep on telling it's very common with age and maybe viral . Just remember as a parent if it's viral or not we are very concerned to very pain our child has to go through.

First time attending clinic and was very pleased with how helpful staff, nurse and doctor was, very thorough. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Doc Jacintha K was amazing Doctor, she check my injury properly and sent me to get the right help from therapy/ specialist.So far the best Doctor

Always a great experience when I visit the clinic, staff are so welcoming and friendly. And the bonus is my Dr.Jacinta is amazing and empathetic towards her patients. Definitely recommend the Ripley clinic for always showing great customer service and friendliness to us patients.

For the sake of your sanity and wellbeing of your health, AVOID RIPLEY MEDICAL as all they have done is just bill us and not help us. My child had allergies (anaphlatic ones) and I was told she will be fine just keep feeding her the food and she will grow out of it. I kept asking for a referral to the allergy clinic and Dr Okoli refused. I had to rush our daughter to Emergency for Dr Okoli to take me seriously.I also have been refused access to my health records and I'm being told I need to pay to get them. Why when I have already paid for all the other Appointments? This practice is just a money making scheme and their staff and reception is very rude towards patients.
